She once swore she'd never follow that path, but came to see that the field brought together everything she loved: science, creativity, and caring for people. She's energized by how much dentistry keeps evolving, and pursues continuing education year-round so her Royal Palm Beach patients receive comprehensive, current care.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she played basketball and became only the second woman in its hall of fame, then earned her Doctor of Dental Science from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston with Omicron Kappa Upsilon honors. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, their children, and their dogs, as well as staying active through fitness and enjoying Florida’s beautiful beaches.

Her passion lies in helping patients find the best path to achieve their ideal smiles, working closely with each person to understand their unique needs and goals.
Pam graduated from Midwestern State University and has built her expertise through decades of hands-on experience in dental practice management. She currently operates her own dental office management company, 360 Practice Management Inc., and is part of Legacy Practice Transitions Florida, where she assists those looking to buy or sell dental practices.
Originally from Wichita Falls, Texas, Pam relocated to Florida to be closer to the ocean, which she loves. As Dr. Civetti's mother and grandmother to her granddaughters, she brings a personal touch to patient care that reflects her deep commitment to family and helping others achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
Tammy, Dental Hygienist
For Tammy, the best part of her job is the people—both her patients and her fellow team members. With 45 years in the dental field, she brings an unmatched depth of experience to every cleaning and has been with Pearl Palm Beach Dental since the practice first opened its doors.
Tammy completed her dental hygiene training at Palm Beach State and has built her career around providing thorough, compassionate care that puts patients at ease. Her extensive experience allows her to deliver cleanings that are both effective and comfortable.
When she's not in the office, Tammy enjoys spending time outdoors with her three sons and four grandchildren. The family loves hunting, camping, and fishing together, and she regularly cheers on her boys as they race side by sides and mud trucks.
Maria, Dental Assistant
Maria brings hands-on care and patient education to her role as dental assistant, believing deeply in empowering patients through both treatment and understanding of their oral health. Having entered the dental field at just 17 years old, she finds fulfillment in the direct impact she can make on each patient's experience and wellbeing.
Maria trained at the Institute of Health Education and holds her Expanded Functions certification, allowing her to provide advanced chairside assistance and clinical support. Outside the practice, Maria stays busy with her husband Matt and their four children, with another baby on the way.
