How to Get a Great Start
Dr. Civetti and our dentistry team love welcoming new dental patients of all ages into our dental office, and whether it’s time for you to come see us or you’re thinking about bringing your children with you, we’ll make sure that your first appointment is nice and easy. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know ahead of time, but if there is anything you would like to ask us, you are always welcome to give our dental team a call.
Your First Dental Visit
Your first appointment will primarily revolve around an oral exam and a conversation between you and Dr. Civetti. This way, we can get a great idea of the current state of your oral health, and then you and the doctor can figure out the best way to get you to where you want to go. Before you leave, you and Dr. Civetti will put together a treatment plan designed just for you, and she’ll answer all of your questions so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.
New Dental Patient Forms
All our patients create an account and fill out new patient forms through our "My Chart" portal. Once your account is created, you will have access to all your records and information!
Dental Insurance Welcome
Although we are out of network, we will file all claims for PPO plans. With our years of insurance experience we know how to maximize your benefits! To learn more about how we can help with your plan, just give us a call with your policy information nearby.
Financing Available
